Alexander "Alex" Willis

After receiving a B.S. degree in Aviation from Louisiana Tech University, Alex was hired by Smith Toot (Smith International) as a Seaplane Pilot and Technical Sales/Operations Manager. He worked out of Lafayette, LA and flew to drilling barges in the Gulf Coast area inspecting various drill bits, grading wear and performance, and giving recommendations of drill bit selection to clients. Alex was then hired by Benton Casing Service as their Seaplane Pilot and Manager of New Business in New Orleans, LA before transferring to Houston, TX as the Business Development Manager. Next, Alex was hired as Assistant Business Development and Operations Support Manager for Knight Oil Tools with the responsibility for the rentals of Drill Pipe, Tubing, BOPs and various other equipment for the Houston and South Texas areas. Weatherford hired Alex to move to Sakhalin, Russia as their Country Manager and he oversaw all Operations and Business Development in Eastern Russia. During his time with Weatherford, Alex also spent several years in Moscow, Russia before being transferred to Dallas, TX and then to Denver, CO. More recently, Halliburton hired Alex to be their Business Development Manager to help support all operations in BAKU, Azerbaijan for several years before he transferred to Houston, TX. While in Texas, Alex worked as a Manager with a wireline company to bring in new business and help support all operations for the Houston, Dallas, Austin and South Texas areas.

In his current role of Executive Business Development & Operational Support with Sea Shore Energy Services, LLC., Alex is involved in the development of new revenue to support operations, to help build client relations and to expand business in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Denver, CO.
